There is a feature called Quick Issue, which allows you to quickly issue a resource directly from within management. This can be useful in situations where it would be more time consuming to load circulate.
From within the management page, first locate the book using quick or advanced search, select it, then on the right-hand side of the screen, select 'Issue'.
In the barcode box of the Quick Issue window, type or scan the barcode of the borrower you wish to issue the book to. You can also use the 'Find...' button to find them if you do not know their barcode.
Finally, click the 'Issue' button at the bottom of the box to receive a confirmation message. Click 'OK' to close this message.
