Label Print Alignment

When printing labels from the label preview window, the printer settings box will open. The settings here are used to select the printer you wish to print to as well as specify the layout of the print.

Certain selections need to be made from this window to ensure the labels print correctly and do not misalign on the physical sheet.

Make sure that the document is not being scaled or altered in any way. Some of the settings below are commonly found to be causing the issue:

Chrome

  • On the 'Print Options' window click 'More Settings'.
  • Under 'Scale' select 'Default' from the menu.

Firefox

  • At the top change 'Scale' to '100%'.

Microsoft Edge

Edge does not have the required settings present. If using Edge we advise you download the PDF to your machine and print from a locally installed PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat. Ensure that the relevant settings, similar to those mentioned above, are in place.
