Missing Tutor Group in Card Print

This is caused by changes in the tutor group table not updating throughout the library database. Running the housekeeping task in the scheduler will resolve this issue.

Log into your library system as an administrator. 

Load Management and then click 'Tools' in the menu at the top of the page and select 'Housekeeping'.

In the scheduler window click on the green 'run' icon next to the housekeeping task. 

The Housekeeping task will then change to 'In Progress' and then 'Completed' once finished.

The tutor groups will then appear in card print as expected.
