When Circulate is greyed out on the homepage and you are not yet logged in this means that Circulate is currently locked.
- Load the library system’s homepage.
- Log in as the administrator or librarian.
- Select the green 'settings' box at the top of the yellow box.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings menu and tick the box for 'Unlock Circulate'.
This process installs a cookie on your computer that will keep Circulate unlocked so that it can be accessed without being logged in. Should you ever clear the temporary internet files and cookies on your computer, this process will need to be carried out once again. This also means that unlocking circulate is machine specific, if you wish it to be unlocked on more than one computer, this process will need to be carried out on each machine.
