The welcome message feature allows you to add a brief statement to the homepage to inform your borrowers of what they can expect from your hosted library system.
To add a welcome message, log into your library site as an administrator and load the Management page. From the menu bar at the top of the page, select 'Settings' then select 'Module Settings' and 'Social Settings' from the menu.
On the box that loads, select the 'Welcome Message' tab, here is where you can add the message to display on the homepage.
Give the welcome message a title and then use the large box and text editor to create the message you would like to show on the homepage.
Once you are happy with the message, press 'Save' at the bottom of the box. Reload your library system and your new message will now show on the homepage.
