Altering the Reminder Grid

The grid is shown on a reminder when it is generated. It is possible to customise this grid in a number of ways.

 

Altering the Grid Display Fields

Access the reminder editing interface.

Click on the 'Grid' tab.

Controlling what fields display on the grid is very similar to adding fields to a page view. Firstly, select a single field from the list of 'Available Fields' in the left box.

Once the field is selected, click the right arrow  symbol.

The field is then moved to the right box to show it will be displayed on the grid.

To alter the order of the grid display fields, click on a field from the right box and use the up and down arrows.

Click 'OK' to save any changes and return to the 'Reminders & Statements' screen.

Before running and printing reminders you can preview the reminder to ensure the changes are exactly how you want them.
