What is a Page View?

A view or page view is a screen containing the fields, data and layout of choice. The views, both standard and those created by you, will vary depending on the table of origin. Page views can be created in the borrowers table, resources table, past loans table and more, they can have a different layout or record selection for each. A view that is created in one area will not be applicable to another.

Page views allow you to customise the display in each of the tables by setting a default view. A number of standard built-in views are available, labelled 'System Page Views', however, you may create your own views containing the fields and data of choice. This will allow you to add or remove fields and change their order. This can be useful if you regularly need to check certain criteria in a particular table.
