Barcode Readers (BCRs) are a piece of hardware often used in libraries to scan the barcodes attached to resources and assigned to borrowers in order to create and track loan data. 

Having Trouble Scanning Barcodes?

First, you need to make sure that your scanner needs to be configured. If it doesn't, the issue may be with the barcodes in the library system. 

If the scanner does need to be configured, you first need to obtain a configuration sheet, then use it to reconfigure the scanner.
