Can I Enable the 'Exclude Items on Loan' Option After the Stock Check Has Been Created?

Unfortunately not, all options on a stock check must be enabled before the stock check is created.

If you have made a mistake in the creation process, the only option would be to delete the stock check and create a new one with the correct settings.
