Card Print Not Generating

It is possible that after selecting 'All Groups' and then 'Generate' in the card print module, nothing is sent to the Output table.

The main cause for this issue is that some of your tutor groups do not have any borrowers within them, this causes the system to fail to generate the print. 

To resolve the issue go to the Tutor Groups table in Management and make a note of which tutor groups have borrowers and which don't.

Next return to the Card Print module and instead of "All Groups", choose "Selected Groups" and then tick all the groups that have borrowers in them, do not tick the empty ones. Finally click 'Generate' (You could also delete the empty groups if they are no longer needed).

Your card print will now be shown on the screen or sent to the output folder.
