Catalogue Changes During a Stock Check

We advise you do not issue/return or add any new resources to the library during a stock check as the stock check is not a live process. This means newly added or returned resources won't be included in a stock check that has already been created and any resources that are included and issued out before being checked into the stock check will be removed from the catalogue. 

If unable to do an entire catalogue stock check due to time or access constraints, we advise you create smaller 'conditional' stock checks based on a specific class range, author surname range, reference material only or the other fields available.
