Changing an Individual Borrower's Restriction Group

Any borrower that is added to the library system will inherit the restriction group of their assigned Tutor Group. However, you can alter the restriction settings by selecting the appropriate restriction group from the 'Advanced' tab in the borrowers record card.

Alternatively, you can assign restriction groups via the restrictions menu. This method is especially useful when assigning in bulk. 

Please note that this will then become their permanent restriction group going forward, any changes made to the default group or the Tutor Group will not apply to this borrower. Should you wish to change the restriction for this borrower again you will have to go through these steps again.
