Clearing the Cache of your Web Browser (Microsoft Edge)

  • Make sure you have the window maximised.
  • In the top right-hand corner there are 3 dots in a line, click this.
  • In the menu that appears select 'Settings'.
  • On the left-hand side you will now see a 'Settings' menu, this will not appear if you do not have the window maximised.
  • Click 'Privacy, search, and services'.
  • Under 'Clear browsing data select 'Choose what to clear'.
  • Tick 'Browsing history', 'Download history' 'Cookies and saved website data' and 'Cached images and files'.
  • Click 'Clear now'.
  • When the box disappears, close down all browser windows.
