Connect 'License Invalid' Error Upon Installation

When installing Connect you may be presented with a 'Licence Invalid' error. This could be caused by:

  • Invalid Postcode
  • No proxy details entered in the importer settings
  • Subscription has expired

Please check each of these.

 

Invalid Postcode

Find the 'MLS Importer Settings' application on the desktop of the server where your exporter is installed and right-click it, then click 'Run as Administrator'. 

In the GCX MLS Settings window that has opened, select the 'JuniorLib/Managed' Tab. 

The postcode must have a space in the middle and be in uppercase (AB1 2CD).

 

No Proxy details entered in the Importer Settings

Find the 'MLS Importer Settings' application on the desktop of the server where your exporter is installed and right-click it, then click 'Run as Administrator'. 

In the GCX MLS Settings window that has opened, select the 'JuniorLib/Managed' Tab. 

If a proxy server is required from this server, enter the details and click 'Test'.

If the test is not successful then the proxy is still blocking the connection. 

 

Subscription has expired
