Individual Reminders

An individual reminder is a letter addressed to the borrower or guardian, requesting that they return resources that are borrowed. Through the library system it is possible to create and send a reminder for the entire list of borrowers who currently have resources on loan in only a few clicks. This process can also be automated and scheduled to run on a frequent basis.

Individual reminders, like group reminders, memos and statements, can be either emailed or printed.
