Missing MLS-Eclipse Job (Connect)

Connect has been installed but the MLS-Eclipse job does not appear in the Xporter console.

  • Reset the Groupcall Xporter script files.
  • In the Xporter console, click 'Services', locate 'Groupcall Xporter', right-click on it and select 'Restart'. This will then try to redownload the files needed to install the job.

Please note, we recommend opening Xporter management console and clicking into the 'Log' on the left-hand side to see whether the download fails or completes.
