Before finalising your reminders we advise you preview the reminder to be sure that the appearance and content of the reminder is correct. Failure to do so could result in a badly formatted reminders being sent to your borrowers as well as other complications.
To preview the reminder template at any point, click on the 'Preview...' button near the bottom-right of the 'Edit Reminder' window.
The reminder template will display showing an example reminder.
Please note, there must be at least one active loan to any borrower, in order for the preview screen to populate with sample data.
