Reminder Preview is Empty

The reminder print preview button does not show anything when clicked.

There must be at least one active loan to any borrower, in order for the preview screen to populate with sample data. 

Load Circulate, issue a resource to a borrower then navigate back to 'Reminders and Statements' and click 'Preview' again.
