There are a number of configurable print settings that will be taken into account when printing data from various areas of Reading Cloud.
Log into the library system as an administrator user and load the Management Page. Select 'Settings' on the menu bar at the top of the page and select 'Printing...' from the list.
In the Options tab there is a setting for how many records can be printed when printing from the homepage.
The Print Adjustment tab allows you to offset the page slightly when printing. you can add a number (of millimetres) into the 'Horizontal' and 'Vertical' offsets to nudge the page slightly when printing. This can be especially helpful with aligning when printing labels.
The Reminders tab gives the option of whether or not to print multiple reminders on each page. This is used when trying to save paper when printing reminders, you will have multiple reminders per page which will then need cutting up to be distributed to the borrowers.
Once you have set the print settings as you want them, press 'OK' at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
