Reading Cloud Administrator Password reset

There is a feature within reading cloud that enables users to self-service password resets, this feature will only work if you have already populated the emails in your Management settings.

Please note this is for resetting the password for the "Administrator" username.

To reset your password load up your site as usual and click 'Log in' then 'Forgotten Password?'. 

Next, select the 'Librarian/IT' tab and you will be prompted to enter the email address you used in Management.

Once you have entered your email address and clicked 'Reset' a message will display explaining that an email has been sent with the password reset link and Instructions.
