When using the chat feature, your borrowers can report a message as offensive or report any misconduct from within the chat window itself. They select the 'Report' option next to the relevant message and it will be reported.
They will then be presented with a confirmation box to ensure they didn't click it by mistake.
The chat window will then close automatically. This report will now show in the Moderation section for you to review.
