It is possible to disable the text input side of reviews and leave them as only a star rating style review. This can be helpful if you struggle with time and are not able to get around to auditing and approving reviews, star only reviews will be automatically approved as there is nothing to audit.
To enable star only reviews, load the management page and enable the option in the settings.
Now, all reviews will show as star only reviews, including those already written with a text review as well.
When a borrower creates a review, they will only be given the option for a star review and not to type anything. Once submitted, this review will be automatically approved.
If you change your mind and revert back to star and written reviews, borrowers will be able to edit their previously submitted star only reviews and this time include a written review. This will however, make them no longer approved and they will need to be approved by you before they show on the homepage.
Note that when doing this, the review template will not populate when they go to edit the review, the box will be completely blank.
