Uninstalling/Decommissioning Groupcall Xporter for MLS Connect Jobs

Removing MLS Jobs from Groupcall Xporter

In a scenario where you use Groupcall Xporter for other services, but wish to remove the MLS synchronisation, follow the below steps:

Access 'Control Panel' on the machine Groupcall Xporter is installed on.

Select 'Uninstall a Program' under the 'Programs' Header.

Locate the Program named 'Groupcall Xporter, MLS Jobs' (as detailed in the below Screenshot).

Select 'Uninstall' from the Top and this will remove the MLS-Eclipse Job and stop Groupcall Xporter syncing with the Library Website. 

 

Completely Uninstalling Groupcall Xporter

If Groupcall Xporter is only used for MLS Connect and you wish to completely uninstall it, please follow the below steps: 

Access 'Control Panel' on the machine Groupcall Xporter is installed on.

Select 'Uninstall a Program' under the 'Programs' Header.

Locate both entries listed as 'Groupcall Xporter (Version Number Here)' and 'Groupcall Xporter, MLS Jobs' (As detailed in the below screenshot).

Select 'Uninstall' from the top menu for both and this will uninstall both aspects of Groupcall Xporter.

Finally, locate the Groupcall Folder typically located on 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Groupcall' and delete the Groupcall Folder with all its contents.
