When Will New Students Appear in the Library System?
At what point will the new pupils be imported into the reading cloud? Do they have to be on-roll in my management system before it will pull their details through?
Once the pupils have been updated to be on-roll, if you are using an automated import method such as Connect or RC Intake, they will appear in the library system's Intake table the day after.
If you do not have one of our automated systems, they will need to be added manually or via CSV.
