Adding Classifications
Normally you would import a full list of classifications as recommended by your local SLS, however, should you wish to tailor this list and add your own, this is possible.
- Log into the library system and load Management.
- Select 'Database' on the menu bar at the top of the page and select 'Lookup Maintenance' then 'Classifications' from the list.
- You will now see a list of all current classifications in the table.
- In the menu on the right-hand side, select 'Add' then enter the new Class and Keyword into the text boxes.
- Once entered, click 'Save'.
The newly added entry will now be available to select when editing or adding a resource.
