Purpose
To detail the usage of the borrower record card, the tabs available and the information they can contain.
When to Do This
This function can be used at any time to view or edit the details of a specific individual's borrower record. If you have an automated sync, then most of the information can be automatically imported through this. A CSV can also be used to import much of the information.
Instructions
Once opened, there are several things that can be done from a borrower record card. The details held on a Borrower record card are split between several tabs. To view the information, select your required tab.
- Details - Contains name, class and general information for this Borrower. Also has other tabs regarding Address and Guardian information.
- Advanced - Security and restriction details for this Borrower
- Notes - View any notes added the the record, or add more
- Current Loans - Lists all current loans for the selected Borrower
- Statement - Lists any fines, charges or credits made on this record.
- Reservations - Will list any reservations made by this student
- Past Loans - Shows all the borrower's loan history
- Other - For viewing classes/subjects, or available Reading Lists for the Borrower record
