Clearing the Cache of your Web Browser (Google Chrome)

  • In the top right-hand corner, next to the URL bar there are 3 dots in a vertical line, click this.
  • From the menu select 'More tools'.
  • From the next menu select 'Clear browsing data...'.
  • Click on 'Basic' at the top.
  • Ensure all three boxes are ticked.
  • Change the time range to 'All time'.
  • Click 'Clear data'.
  • Once the box has disappeared close down all browser windows.
