To customise the settings for a project box, load the Management page as a user with administrator level permissions and select 'Settings on the menu bar at the top of the page and select 'Restrictions' from the menu.
On the 'Restrictions...' window, you will see the project box specific restrictions.
Allow Project Boxes to Be Amended After Issuing
Having this option ticked will allow you to add resources to a project box, while the box is on loan and the newly added resources will inherit the loan history of the rest of the box. This would be used if you have issued a box of resources to someone and then you at a later date, find another resource that would be a good addition to the box. You can give them the resource and then add it to the box in the system to be returned with the box.
If you do not wish to be able to add resources after a box is issued, untick this option.
Allow Project Box Items to Be Returned In Circulate
When this is unticked, books in a project box cannot be returned individually from circulate, you must check the books into the project box and return the box. Ticking this option will allow you to use circulate multi-return and bulkscan to return resources that are part of a project box.
Allow Project Box Trusted Check-ins
When this box is unticked, the trusted check-in option on the project box will be unavailable. If you wish to use trusted check-in, tick this box and it will be available.
