Flag By Barcode

If you have a barcode reader in your library, you can use the device to flag items and present them in a list by scanning their barcode.

On the management page, click 'Flag by Barcode' on the right-hand menu.

The view will now change showing 'No data to display'.

Begin scanning the barcodes of the items to flag. Once a barcode has been scanned it will show in the list.

If a record is scanned which is in the recycle bin, it will display a value within the (Recycled) field. This allows recycled records to be easily identified and potentially restored.

Once you have navigated away from this page the results will be lost. You can create a page view to store the flagged barcodes.
