Flag by mouse is used to select multiple records without the use of a barcode scanner.
In Management, select the appropriate table (e.g. Resources, Current Loans etc.) and click 'Flag by Mouse' in the 'Tools' menu on the right.
Click on each line or tick box as desired. As this is done, the record will become highlighted and the tick icon will become ticked. To deselect a record, click on it again and the tick will be removed.
You can also tick the top box or right click anywhere and select 'Flag All' to flag all resources in the list.
After all desired records have been flagged, select 'Show Flagged Only' from the same 'Tools' menu.
The table will refresh to show only the records that were flagged.
