Group Reminders
To access the area you can view and modify the reminder templates you will first need to access ‘Management’ then select ‘More’ from the top right hand side of the page and then select ‘Templates’ then finally ‘Reminders & Statements’ .
Group reminders are sent to form tutors so that they can remind their students to return their overdue resources. In contrast to Individual Reminders, this type of reminder is addressed to the form tutor and displays all borrowers in that group that have resources on loan along with said resources on one page rather than a separate page per borrower.
Group reminders, like individual reminders, statements and memos can be either emailed or printed.
Editing the text in a group reminder is done in the same way as editing an individual reminder. Also, remember that when a group reminder is emailed, it's emailed to the account specified on the tutor group's record.
