Junior Classic Administrator Password reset

There is a feature within Reading Cloud to enable users to self-service password resets, this feature will only work if you have populated the emails in your Management settings.

Please note this is for resetting the password for the "Administrator" username only. Resetting passwords for individual Borrowers must be done through the borrower record. Other user accounts can be reset through User Manager, and cannot be done via email. 

To reset your password, first load your site as usual and click 'Logon', then click 'Reset'. 

You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used in Management.

Once you enter your email and click 'Reset' a popup will appear explaining that an email has been sent with the password reset link.
