Keywords Showing in Varying Cases

When adding keywords to resources, you may notice that some of them are not showing in the case you expect. 

We are unable to force a specific case onto keywords, as there is no one case format that can match all keywords (Comedy, GCSE). Therefore, the system will allow keywords to be added to the library system in any case format you choose. 

When displaying keywords in the Keywords box of a resource record card, the system will look for all variations and display the first one it finds. If you have both 'Comedy' and 'comedy', it may show one or the other, just whichever it finds first. 

If you are seeing keywords in a case format that you do not want, you can use quick replace to locate it on the resources and correct the case. Be aware that this also includes resources in the recycle bin.
