The latest Returns section of the homepage shows a list of resources that have most recently been returned. 

Resources that have just been returned would mean they are likely popular books and may be worth borrowing. 

Recommended for you

The Recommended for you section shows a list of resources that the system feels the borrower would be interested in. Initially these resources are random as there is no data, but as a borrower loans more and more resources, along with writing reviews, search history and using the like feature, the recommendations will become more accurate.
