Merging Tutor Groups Together

Merging tutor groups is helpful when clearing up duplicated groups or redundant ones containing very few borrowers.

Load the Tutor Groups table from the left-hand menu in Management.

Click 'Flag by Mouse' under 'Tools' from the right-hand menu. 

Click on each group that is to be merged together. Ticks will display next to the row of each group.

Once all groups have been selected, click 'Merge' on the menu on the right-hand side.

A box will open with a menu containing all the selected group names. From the list, select the group that the previous selected groups should be merged into.

Click 'Merge' to confirm merging the groups together.
