Rolling Out the Library System to Your Students

When you have fully set your library system up and it is ready for deployment, the final step is to roll it out to your students and make them all aware of it. 

One of the best ways to do this is via a memo which can be emailed to all the borrowers directly. 

You can create a memo to include an introduction to what they can expect, you can include a link to the library site or where it is located in the school website or VLE, you can even include pictures and screenshots. 

Once you are happy with the memo, it can be emailed to all the borrowers directly to their school email address.
