It is possible to search for specific resources during the stock taking session by using the 'Quick Search' function. Note that the quick search only searches the selected tab (All Items, Checked Items or Missing). For example, if searching when 'Missing Items' is selected then only results from that tab will be returned. When 'All Items' is in view, resources from both 'Checked Items' and 'Missing Items' are returned.
First select the desired tab.
In the top right of the main stock check window, type the search criteria into the 'Quick Search' box then click the green arrow or press Enter on the keyboard.
To cancel the search and return to all results, click 'Cancel Search'.
