Selecting Your ID Provider

Purpose

To detail the start of the process in enabling the link to your SSO provider. 

When to Do This

After students are in the system and records have been verified.

 

Instructions

The first step to setting up a link between the library system and your ID provider is to select the relevant provider in the library system.

To do this, start by logging into the library system as a user with administrator level permissions and then load the management page. 

On the menu bar at the top of the page, select 'Settings' then 'Identifier Providers...'.

Select from the options in the box. If you use Microsoft Azure AD, Google SSO, RM Unify or MyLogin, select the relevant option. You can only have one of these options active at once. 

Keep this window open and keep this box on screen, you will need to come back here during the setup of your Google, Microsoft, RM Unify or MyLogin ID provider.
