The Output Table
Purpose
To detail the accessing and usage of the Output table
Covers: Opening the output table, printing from the output table
Does not cover: Generating labels / barcodes / reports, sending reminders
Instructions
The Output table stores a copy of any printouts that are generated within the Management or Circulate windows. These printouts include reminders, reports, grid prints, statements and anything printed from the library system.
Accessing the Output Table
To view and open documents that have been automatically created by the system open the Management window. next click on 'Database' at the top of the window. From the menu select the 'Output' option.
The table will display any previously generated printed records.

Double click on a row or highlight and click 'Show' to open the required record and view the details of the document.
Note that anything in the output table will be automatically removed after 30 days.
Printing from the Output Table
From the Output section select an item then click the 'Show' option under 'Records' in the right-hand menu. You can also double click on the item to open it.
Once the item has opened, you can print it using the print settings from whatever browser you are using. Pressing "Crtl + P" should open the print dialog. Select your usual printer settings, or select one of the PDF options if you wish to save the document.
When printing labels, ensure that the correct alignment settings are selected.
