Instructions
The Wishlist interface allows you to manage the requests made through the homepage by staff and pupils for resources they would like to see added to the Library. This can be new resources, or extra copies of existing ones.
To access the wishlist, open the Management window, then from the menu bar at the top of the page, click 'Tools', followed by 'Wishlist...'.

The count under 'User Requests' shows the resources that have been added by borrowers. The count under 'Librarian Requests shows the resources added by you via the wishlist interface.
If you wish to add to this wishlist, click the 'Add...' button. In the find window, search for a resource to add using the 'Quick Search' box.
Once located, click 'Select' to choose the resource and it will be added to your requested resources with a count under 'Librarian Requests'.
To remove a book from the list, click the item to highlight it and click 'Delete'.
You can then create a list from the requested resources by clicking 'Add to wishlist', you will see the number on the 'Export List' button increase as resources are added.
If you add a resource by mistake, press the 'Remove' button and the number will decrease accordingly.
Once you are happy with the resources you have added to your wishlist, click 'Export List'. A CSV file will then be automatically downloaded to your machine containing the book details including the ISBN, author and title along with the number of requests and the number of existing copies. To export a CSV file of the entire 'Requested resources' list, click the 'Export All' button.
This CSV can then be used as a shopping list in our bookshop and at other book retailers.

- How do I create a wishlist?
- Can I view the wishlisted books?
