If the options are configured for the reminders to be printed, two different things happen depending on whether the reminders are being generated manually or on a scheduled basis.

Generating Reminders Manually
A reminder PDF document will appear on screen that can be sent to the physical printer.
Scheduling Reminders
The reminder PDF is sent to the Output table where it can be opened and printed.
Both manual and scheduled reminders can be printed by locating a stored copy in the Output Table.
You can locate the Output table from the 'Database' menu found at the top of the Management page.
A list of all items in the Output table will display. There may be various stored PDF documents in here as any time some form of PDF document is generated it is also stored in the Output table. To open the desired document double click the record or select it and click 'Show' on the right-hand side to open it.
The reminder will display on the screen in a new tab or window, it can then be sent to the printer.
