Your library site URL is in this format - https://uXXXXXX.microlibrarian.net
Replace the XXXXXX with your customer number padded out to 6 digits with leading 0s.

- Customer Number: 12 - URL: https://u000012.microlibrarian.net
This address can be accessed from any device connected to the Internet using a browser, so can be used from any machine in the school or if you are working remotely.
Do not search via google or another search engine and do not use any of the generic URL addresses, as this may load incorrectly, cause performance issues or cause you to receive an error message saying you are unlicensed for this interface.
Your customer number was provided to you in your "Welcome to Reading Cloud" email.
I do not know and cannot find the school's customer number, what do I do?
Please ensure that all requested information is included. When adding your email address, please note that this must be an email address from the school, associated with the school's domain. If your contact details cannot be validated, then your information request cannot be processed.
