Your account number can be used to identify your account when contacting Reading Cloud support. If you still have access to your reading cloud library site, you can easily find your customer number.
Your hosted library system URL is https://U<your customer number>.microlibrarian.net, so if your customer number was 12345, your hosted site address would be https://u012345.microlibrarian.net. If you able to load your site, look in your URL to find your customer number.
It can also be found in the 'Debug' tab of the General Settings menu if you have access to management.
