There are two guardian tabs (one for each guardian) that can be used to store information about the borrower's guardians. This can be used in a reminder, instead of being addressed to the borrower it can be addressed to a nominated guardian.
Select either the 'Guardian 1' or 'Guardian 2' tab and enter the information as required. The fields that are present on each tab are identical.
The mandatory fields for a guardian record are 'Title', 'Forename' and 'Surname'.
