Can I Add Items to a Project Box After it Has Been Issued?

It is possible to add resources to a project box after it has been issued, however we do advise caution when doing this as the resources will not be present on the original dispatch document. You will need to reprint the dispatch documents, or ensure you take thorough notes on which books have been issued and added to ensure no books go missing in the process.

Before adding the extra resources, you will need to ensure the 'Allow Project Boxes to be amended after issuing' option is ticked in the restriction settings. 

Once this is ticked you will be able to add resources to an on loan project box. The new resources will inherit the loan history and stats of the rest of the box. 

We advise you now reprint the dispatch documents to account for any additional resources.
