Managing Non Library Assets

You can use your library system to manage more than just books and magazines, you can also manage non library items such as musical instruments, laptops & tablets, more commonly known as assets.

Start by adding the assets to the library system, depending on what you are adding you will need to use the most appropriate resource type. If you have multiple assets of one type you can use the copy feature to add them quickly. Once you have added the assets to the library system you will need to print barcode labels to identify each individual asset and attach them. 

Should you need to make any changes to the assets, you can edit them easily. When they are no longer needed you can remove them from your database with ease.
