Instructions
Each label style is different (width, height, per page), you cannot create one template to be used on multiple label styles, a template must be created for each style.
A label template can be created in both the Borrower or Resource tables. Therefore, before you begin creating a new template, ensure that you are in the desired table.

Within Management, open the table you wish to create a label template for (Resources, Borrowers). Click 'Label Print' on the right-hand side of the screen or click on the 'Modules' tab from the top of the screen followed by 'Labels...' and 'Label Print...'.
This will open the 'Labels' interface.
We can supply the L7651 style label for a small cost. As our default label type, there are a number of templates already available to get you started but it is possible to create new ones to suit your needs.
To begin creating a label template, click 'New' and the 'Label Print' template interface will open.
Next, enter a 'Description' for your new label e.g. 'Dewey Class and School Name'.
Next, from the 'Toolbox' menu displayed to the left of the window, select a field you would like to display onto the label (clicking the '' symbol will provide further options).
Use the 'Arrow' button to move the selected field to the template.
The field will appear in the 'Label Print' template, you can use your mouse to reposition this field within the template.
Repeat this process for each of the fields that you are adding onto the Label.
You can use the available controls to format the label template. Use the text formatting controls to change the font, make the text bold, italic or underlined and to align the text. You can also change the colour using the colour pallet.
When you are happy with your template, click 'Save' to retain the changes.
