Missing Borrower Photographs (Wonde)

If student photographs are present in your management system, but are not coming into the library system you may need to adjust some settings within the Wonde Dashboard.

Please ensure that the 'Photo read' permission is approved. As this is an optional permission, this must be enabled manually. 

If the photos have recently been uploaded, these may take between 24-48 hours to appear in the Wonde database. Once Wonde's information has updated, then they should start to appear in Reading Cloud from the next automatic sync (usually each morning).

If the photos are confirmed to be present in your MIS for the Students in question, and the relevant permission in Wonde is enabled but the photos still do not appear, please reach out to the Support team directly who will investigate further and will reach out to Wonde if needed.

If you do not use Wonde to update your Borrower data and want to add photographs, this can be done manually through the Borrower record card.
