Quick Replace
Quick Replace is used to update and delete information in record cards.
- Select the database that you would like to use Quick Replace on (Borrowers or Resources)
- Select 'Tools' on the menu bar at the top of the page and select 'Quick Replace...'
- You will then need to select the 'Field' that needs altering
- Select the 'Value' that is to be altered
- After the value has been selected, either type a new value into the 'Replace With' box or leave the box blank to remove the value
- Press 'Replace' to action this change
Please note that you cannot use Quick Replace to replace one value with multiple different values. If you wish to do this, you will need to first use Quick Search, Advanced Search or a Page View to filter the table to one group for one value change, then use the 'Filtered Records' option in Quick replace to change the required value. Then filter to another group, and change the value for the other option.
