Viewing all Past Loans

To view the full list of past loans and borrower loan history within Management, click on the 'Past Loans' icon from the tool bar on the left-hand side.

By default the application ships with several predefined views to help manage the loans. From the 'Views' menu on the right-hand select the 'More...' option to see the predefined collection.

• All Records - Shows all past loans.
• Past Loans - Shows all past loans.
• Today's Returns - Shows resources that were returned today

You can also use Quick or Advanced Search to filter the data further i.e. by Tutor Group, Year Group, Issue Date etc. 

Past Loan records can be deleted. Please note that this will permanently delete the loan record from the system. The loan will no longer show in the Borrower's past loan history. Removal will also affect any reports run on Past Loans, and therefore any stats related to borrower history in the library. 

Should you still wish to delete the past loas, click on the record you wish to remove or use flagging to select multiple records. Then click 'Delete' from the 'Records' box on the right.
